Ubicado a sólo 3 cuadras de la Plaza Mayor, el punto de referencia turístico de la ciudad, le permite llegar en minutos a cualquier lugar de interés para los turistas que visitan la villa de Trinidad en Cuba. Al llegar es recibido con un jugo de frutas o bebida de bienvenida gratis. Cada habitación tiene caja de seguridad, esta climatizada con Split y con ventilador de techo. Las camas son cómodas y limpias. Cada baño es interior privado, tiene ducha en cabina con agua fría y caliente.
La casa posee amplísimas terrazas en el segundo y tercer nivel, desde donde puede disfrutar de una vista panorámica de toda la ciudad, de las montañas del Escambray y de una bella puesta de sol en el horizonte del Mar Caribe. Puede llamar a Xavier directamente para la recogida y transporte de llegada y hacia el próximo destino pues él es dueño de un auto que emplea para estos fines. La casa tiene un teléfono fijo que puede utilizar gratuitamente para contactar a amigos en la ciudad y para garantizar el hospedaje en el próximo destino.
