Hostal Lola, a beautiful and spacious colonial-style house, located in the heart of the historic center of the city of Trinidad, an ancient city of more than 500 years, and which was the third village founded by the Spanish in Cuba. It is an elegant typical colonial house from the beginning of the 19th century, maintaining its values ​​and the atmosphere of the time has recently been restored to provide lodging, bar and restaurant services.

The wide distribution characteristic of these houses allowed to locate nine rooms with all the necessary comfort to satisfy the most demanding clients. Taking care of the magic of the room, works of art by the local artist Yami Martínez are exhibited. The patio becomes a social center, where you can enjoy a pleasant atmosphere between the colors, the shade, the tropical vegetation and the pleasant climate of a city facing the sea. The old garage was transformed into a small restaurant that offers typical Cuban and regional food for passers-by and guests.

The last family that has lived in the house is descended from the marriage of the notable lawyer Eduardo López Deustua and Dolores Bastida Sáenz de Buruaga (Lola), who gives the hostel its name. His heirs also emerged as illustrious figures of the village and the younger generations continue to honor the family legacy.
