The beautiful house Le Petit Mistinguett, is located in the Miramar area, next to the most beautiful street in all of Cuba, Fifth Avenue, and only 15 minutes from Old Havana and 10 minutes from the Plaza de la Revolución, it was built in the year 1957, and completely restored, in the year 2016, returning it to its original state and trying in the process of restoration to give back to the property the original style realized in TRANSOCEANICO ARTDECO style, since many of the elements of the ambience of the house remember the interior spaces of a ship. The interior decoration, the selection of works and furniture that set the property, has been made by its owner, Mrs. Pilar Fernandez Vázquez de la Torre, Spanish national (Avilés) but resident in Havana for more than 20 years, tried recreate the atmosphere and atmosphere of the Havanan house of the 50s.

The house Le Petit Mistinguett look for a decoration of different form in each one of the rooms, conjugating old elements to recover the authentic essence of the houses in the 50's of Havana of those years. Its common areas are made up of 3 spacious rooms, fresh and well lit, each one different and decorated with their own styles, always located on the ground floor of the house, with an important selection of works of art, corresponding to several of the most important Cuban avant-garde painters to the present. The outdoor area has areas of beautiful and well-kept gardens and porches with a total area of ​​400 m2.
