Majestic Villa with swimming pool, located in the urbanization of Tarará Residence with private beach and protected access, just 20 minutes drive east of Havana. Villa La Hacienda has a capacity for up to 10 people, with accommodation in 4 rooms: 2 doubles and 2 triples, with ample space and comfort. Each room with en suite bathroom (3 bathrooms and courtesy bathroom in the living room) and cable TV in each room, closed garage with automatic doors for 2 cars. Security cameras around the perimeter of the house, cable TV, split type AC throughout the property. BBQ oven. In this Villa, in addition to the proximity to the beach, it has its own pool, with sun loungers and Balinese beds, outdoor pool bath and bar, as well as BBQ oven, outdoor dining.
Villa La Hacienda has white linens for the rooms and pool towels as well as a fully equipped kitchen for guest use: queen size rice cooker, espresso coffee maker, blender, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, fridge, electric fryer, cooking utensils and wine rack.
Guests of Villa La Hacienda have private access and use of the property and all its perimeter area, gardens, patio with pool and BBQ oven. In addition to access to the private beach of the urbanization. We guarantee your transfer from the airport or other point of the city to the property, for an additional cost, depending on the number of pax and the car to use, which can be standard car or van.
Residencial Tarará is a peaceful, beautiful and safe gated community, quiet with many spacious houses, with garden areas. Wide streets with little traffic of vehicles, where it is very easy to move around walking in the area. The beach is only 100 meters from the house.

Terms and Conditions:
- Please read the terms and conditions below carefully before proceeding. By agreeing to these terms, you signify that you have read and understood all terms and conditions relating to the policies stated. Once you have accepted these and confirmed your reservation, all guests and their visitors must abide by these rules.
- It is not allowed to sublease the property.
- The price includes the entire property. Independent rooms are not rented.
- Reservations to third parties are not accepted. The guest making the reservation must check in. Likewise, companions are not allowed to check in without the presence of the guest who made the reservation.
- The reserving guest has the obligation to present (prior to the reservation) the names and surnames of all the guests that will be staying at the property, in order to issue the corresponding voucher that will give access to the urbanization.
Reservations and Payments:
- Minimum stay assumes two nights.
- The houses will be subject to actual availability at the time of booking.
- Payments must be made in advance.
- The total charge includes full house reservation fees and taxes. Gastronomic services (breakfast, lunch, dinner, groceries) are optional and have an extra charge.
- Room service is included in the rental price and is performed 2 nights after check in.
Check-In & Out:
- Check-in after 15:00 hrs.
- Passport or ID card must be presented at check-in.
- A photo of each guest's passport or ID card will be taken for security reasons and for mandatory reporting to the immigration office and the tax office within 24 hours.
- Only the number of guests allowed in the property will be checked in. It must not exceed the maximum allowed. If the guest does not respect this rule, check-in will not be done,
- Check-out after 12:00 hrs.
