Perfectamente ubicada, muy céntrica, a solo 5 minutos hasta la terminal del Vía Azul, a 5 minutos del casco histórico de la ciudad, donde está la catedral, la casa de la trova, la galería de arte, el boulevard entre otros muchos sitios de intereses culturales y turísticos.

La casa cuenta con 2 habitaciones muy confortables las cuales son ventiladas naturalmente con la brisa del mar y donde su atractivo principal es la bella vista que se tiene a la bahía de Baracoa. También la casa oferta comidas típicas con recetas locales, de muy buena calidad y es muy recomendada por las cenas en la terraza del tercer nivel, contemplando el hermoso paisaje de Baracoa, con su bella durmiente, el extraordinario Yunque y otras montañas que rodean la ciudad primada de Cuba.
