Los propietarios son personas profesionales, la señora es licenciada en matemáticas y el señor es ingeniero agrónomo, numismático, colecciona mapas y es radio aficionado, además de disfrutar del hobby de la lectura. Ambos tienen amplios conocimientos de la historia local y buena información universal lo que facilita la comunicación e información a los clientes. La cocina que se oferta es típica y de buena calidad muy abundante y variada, sobre todo para personas con gustos vegetarianos. En la casa se oferta un servicio personalizado, respetando siempre la privacidad del cliente.
