La casa se encuentra ubicada en uno de los repartos más céntricos de la ciudad, relativamente cerca de los principales parques o plazas, donde se encuentra la mayoría de los restaurantes y lugares de recreación nocturnos. Desde aquí es fácil desplazarse para cualquier lugar. Tenemos tres habitaciones confortables e independientes del resto de la casa, estas poseen camas cameras, televisión, aire acondicionado y refrigerador, los baños son privados con agua fría y caliente, la Habitación No.1 tiene una Jacuzzi. Los clientes pueden acceder al resto de los espacios comunes de la casa, incluyendo la terraza. También se pone a disposición los siguientes servicios: gastronomía en cualquier horario, lavandería, traslados y recorridos, estos no incluidos en el precio de la renta. Para su llegada por medio del aeropuerto Frank País, puede tomar un taxi en la propia estación aérea y trasladarse directamente a la casa o hacernos la solicitud y estaremos esperándolo a su llegada. Igualmente, si su traslado es en ómnibus. Negociamos precios preferenciales por estancias prolongadas
