The residential Tarara is composed of a large group of houses of 2, 3, 4 and more rooms of pleasant architectural designs with three stars, located in a marine environment that live in perfect harmony with the green of it's lush trees. The Residential Tarara as an additional plus has it's own marina (Marina Tarara) which makes it an ideal place for fishing and diving lovers.

The House No. 304 Villa Perla in Tarará, is a beautiful heated beach house of 2 levels fully furnished with portal just 100 meters from the sea, star room with TV 32¨ with cable signal, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 1 room with private bathroom, two rooms sharing a bathroom, a guest bathroom, heater with general hot water service, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and kitchen utensils. Private parking and security service in the residential area 24 hours.

Very important notes:

• Given the current situation of COVID 19 and the new health protocols indicated by the country, the houses may be marketed with their full occupational capacity but with the condition of reservations of only 5 nights a week since 2 days are required to carry out a process of cleaning, disinfection by MINSAP institutions between the departure of the clients accommodated and the date of entry of new clients.
• The reservations of the houses will transit by minimum and maximum stays of 5 nights, always with entry (check in) of the clients on Wednesdays at 16.00 hrs and always with exit (check out) on Mondays at 12.00 hrs. It is not possible to authorize changes in dates of entry for reservations.
• The times indicated for check in and check out are not flexible and customers should be aware of the obligation to comply with them.
• The maximum capacities of adult and children customers will be strictly complied with by the customers who take their reservations from the different houses. The maximum numbers of adult clients and total clients (the sum of adults + children), may not be exceeded under any circumstances, as the villa will not allow clients to enter the installation.
• Under no circumstances will visits from persons other than those registered in the reservation of each house be permitted.
• All the houses of the Villa Armonía Tarara have a normal stock of crockery, cutlery, glassware and various kitchen supplies that ensure adequate enjoyment of the guests staying there.
