The residential Tarara is composed of a large group of houses of 2, 3, 4 and more rooms of pleasant architectural designs with three stars, located in a marine environment that live in perfect harmony with the green of it's lush trees. The Residential Tarara as an additional plus has it's own marina (Marina Tarara) which makes it an ideal place for fishing and diving lovers.

The House No. 303 in Tarará, is a Beach house just 100 meters from the sea, heated on 2 levels with portal, star room with TV 32¨ with cable signal, dining room, 2 terraces, 4 rooms with private bathroom with heater, there is a guest bathroom, fully equipped kitchen equipped with refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and kitchen utensils. Beach area with limited access, private parking and security service in the residential area 24 hours.

Very important notes:

• The reservations of the houses will transit by minimum and maximum stays of 5 nights, always with entry (check in) of the clients at 16.00 hrs and always with exit (check out) at 12.00 hrs. It is not possible to authorize changes in dates of entry for reservations.
• The times indicated for check in and check out are not flexible and customers should be aware of the obligation to comply with them.
• The maximum capacities of adult and children customers will be strictly complied with by the customers who take their reservations from the different houses. The maximum numbers of adult clients and total clients (the sum of adults + children), may not be exceeded under any circumstances, as the villa will not allow clients to enter the installation.
• Under no circumstances will visits from persons other than those registered in the reservation of each house be permitted.
• All the houses of the Villa Armonía Tarara have a normal stock of crockery, cutlery, glassware and various kitchen supplies that ensure adequate enjoyment of the guests staying there.
