Rooms 1 and 2 are on the first level of the house with a maximum capacity of 2 persons each. Couples can sleep with a small child under 3 years old. There is no space for an additional baby bed or crib. Bedroom # 3 is located on the second level of the house, with ocean view. There are architectural barriers (stairs) in the house so it is not suitable for disabled guests. The house does not have adequate perimeter fencing protection, which should be taken into consideration for clients wishing to stay with small children.

The owner of the Hostal, Dr. Zoraida Granda Diaz, is a medical doctor with 30 years of experience in her profession as well as 7 years as a hostess in lodging and tourism.
