Overview

Carlos Ernesto, the host, speaks perfect English and Italian, which makes communication with his guests much easier. He is also a professional chef and owner of a restaurant where exquisite Cuban and international dishes are produced. Carlos also has a special ability in the elaboration of Cuban cocktails and drinks.
