- This tour is not recommended for people with limited physical or motor mobility, respiratory or heart problems, pregnant women, those with recent injuries or surgeries, or those who are unable to cope with moderate physical activities.
- People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate in this tour.
- Please note that if you are staying at a hotel located between Xel Há and Tulum, transportation back to your accommodation will not be provided. You will be able to take the public transportation of your choice in front of the park entrance. On the other hand, if you wish, we can drop you off in Playa del Carmen.
