Itinerary
- Our journey begins as we leave the city and head toward Cerro Manquehuito, a natural viewpoint that offers a peaceful setting and sweeping views of Santiago. Located in the northeastern sector of the capital, this hill rises to an elevation of 1,635 meters above sea level and provides an enjoyable hike lasting approximately one hour and thirty minutes.
- As we follow the trail, we pass through landscapes featuring characteristic vegetation of Chile’s central region, including cacti and native species such as the quiyay tree. The route allows us to appreciate the unique biodiversity of the area while enjoying a calm and refreshing outdoor experience.
- During the spring season, the path is transformed by vibrant yellow wildflowers that blanket the hillsides, adding color and beauty to the surroundings.
