In this tour you will enjoy an adventure in nature, getting to know important components of the Cuban countryside, the beautiful coral formations and discovering very interesting elements of the landscape and natural environments found in the Canímar River together with the history of the city of Matanzas.
Itinerary
- Pick up at the hotel in Jibacoa.
- Jeep ride through the fields and embankments.
- Stop at the "Ermita de Monserrate".
- Panoramic tour through the "Athens of Cuba" the city of Matanzas, passing by the "Parque de la Libertad", the "Plaza de la Vigia" and the "Teatro Sausto"; crossing the city through several of the city's bridges.
- Visit to "La Arboleda" which includes: Tour through the trail "Ruinas de Tumbadero" and bathing time at the "Manantiales del Amor", Creole lunch at "Casa del Campesino", Horseback riding and relax time with 1 hour of open bar.
- Stop at the "Mirador de Bacunayagua" the highest bridge in Cuba, recognized as one of the wonders of Cuban engineering.
- Return to the hotel.
• Recommended: light clothing, swimwear, sunglasses, hats or caps, tennis, sandals or comfortable shoes and photographic camera. • For the tour we recommend a water bottle.

Holiplus will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of your tour. If the provider decides to cancel, for not meeting the minimum required amount of passengers, Holiplus will offer an alternative tour or fully refund cost of your trip. • The Jeep must be shared with other tourist (4 pax / jeep). • Those who wish to drive must bring the driving licence. • The jeeps have Standard Transmission.
Cancellation and no show policy:
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the excursion: No penalty applies.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 25% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 50% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- NO-SHOW: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
