The El Cobre Steel Band is a very special musical group, founded in 1987 with the help of Joel James and other collaborators of the Casa del Caribe. Their first instruments, made from steel drums, were built by father and son Guyanese technicians, Colin and Calvin White, who came to the El Cobre Mining Company. With them, this unique cultural phenomenon began in that locality.
Description
Departure from the beach hotels aboard a catamaran to the Santiago de Cuba marina, with an open bar, snorkeling time on coral reefs or sunken ships, enjoy the beautiful coastal landscape and the natural values of the area, you can delight in different genres of Cuban music. possibility of fishing for species such as Aguja, Dorado, Peto and Sierras. Upon arrival at the Santiaguera Bay you can enjoy a sailor lunch at the "El Cayo" or "Punta Gorda" Restaurant. At the end of lunch, the transfer will be made to the Santiago de Cuba Marina where the buses will wait for their transfer to the Hotel.

If the provider decides to cancel, for not meeting the minimum required amount of passengers, Holiplus will offer an alternative tour or fully refund cost of your trip.
General conditions:
- Children from 0 to 2 years old are free on conventional tours.
- Children from 3 to 12 years old have a 50% discount on the tours, in correspondence with the price for the range of clients. Children do not have a minimum age for excursions.
- Children up to 18 years of age do not have access to cabaret and disco nightclubs.
- Departure time for tours is 9.00 am for those tours that are not required.
Cancellation and no show policy:
- Cancellations must be made before 48 hrs prior to the enjoyment of the tour and 100% of the value of the tour will be refunded.
- Cancellations between 48 hrs and 12.00 hrs prior to the enjoyment of the tour will be penalized with 50% of the value of the tour.
- If the client does not show up at the departure time of the tour (no show), 100% of the value of the tour will be deducted.
- The cancellation of the service due to force majeure does not entail a penalty and the client will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.
