"CIENFUEGOS IS THE CITY THAT I LIKE THE MOST" Tour (CITY TOUR CIENFUEGOS)

DESCRIPTION:

The city of Cienfuegos, also known as "La Perla del Sur", is located in the southern center of the island, among its attractions it has an extensive boardwalk, the longest boulevard in the country where the complex of shops and main cafeterias is located, the meadow walk where we find the emblematic statue of Benny Moré born August 24 in Santa Isabel de las Lajas, considered the greatest singer of Cuban music, known as "El Bárbaro del Ritmo" We provide all the detailed information on the history of the city, starting from the moment of its foundation to the present day. The client has the possibility of visiting several emblematic buildings of the historic center such as Tomas Terry Theater and Ferrer Palace, today Benny More Arts Museum. Both buildings are architectural jewels from the 19th century, for which the client cannot avoid visiting them. At Ferrer Palace you will have the opportunity to go up to the beautiful tower on its terrace to admire one of the most beautiful and complete views of the city.

In addition, you will have the chance to walk along Cienfuegos boulevard, the Prominade and ´´El Muelle Real´´ where the city meets the sea. The Cienfuegos boardwalk gives way to the Punta Gorda area where you can admire the big clubs, the baseball stadium, the majestic yacht club and finally the emblematic Palacio de Valle considered a national monument for being the only one of its kind in the country, where you can taste a delicious and refreshing cocktail from its terrace. Other places of historical interest that you can visit are the Cathedral of Cienfuegos and the Provincial Museum.

At the end of the tour, you have the option of enjoying a tasty varied lunch or dinner with different typical dishes of our Creole food, in addition to the seafood that characterizes the city, where there´s a large number of specialized restaurants.
