- This tour operates with a minimum of 30 passengers in catamaran / 5 passengers in yacht.. The agency will confirm again 48 hours prior to departure. If the supplier decides to cancel, for not meeting the minimum number of passengers required, the agency will offer an alternative route or the full refund cost of your trip.
- The pick-up may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and the punctuality of the clients. The client must be informed at the sales desk to avoid disagreements.
- The boat is shared.
- The order of the excursion can be varied depending on the total number of clients of the day.
- The equipment and means of protection for the navigation and snorkeling activity are included.
- All excursions are guaranteed in English and Spanish. Other languages will be confirmed according to availability.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY:
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the excursion: No penalty applies.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 50% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- NO-SHOW: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
