Whether you’re a dreamer, an adventurer, or a lover of history, this is your chance to see Egypt from a whole new perspective — from the sky.
LUXOR is a city on the east bank of the River Nile in southern Egypt. It is located on the site of ancient Thebes, the capital of the pharaohs at the height of their power, during the 16th to 11th centuries BC. The present city surrounds two enormous ancient monuments that survive: the elegant Temple of Luxor and the Temple of Karnak, a mile to the north. The royal tombs of the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens are located on the west bank of the river.
