We invite you to share our nature and history in the heart of the Sierra Maestra, visiting some of the most important places where the Rebel Army, conducted its first combat in the stage of struggle for national liberation.
Itinerary:
- Jeep 4-by-4 pick-up at the hotel,
- Driving through dirt roads in 4x4 jeeps while enjoying panoramic views of the south coast of the province of Santiago de Cuba,
- Panoramic tour towards the Mausoleum of Martyrs of Uvero, through the towns of Chivirico, enjoy the contrast between the majestic Caribbean Sea beaches and mountains,
- Visit the Mausoleum of Uvero and brief explanation of its historical relevance,
- Short stop in the region of Las Cuevas from the coast to observe the Turquino peak and Cuba peak, the two highest mountains in Cuba to 1974 and 1874 meters above sea level respectively,
- Trekking trail through the Sierra to the Cantiles, enjoy the vegetation and the crystalline waters of the Palma Mocha River. Swimming time,
- Lunch at Las Cuevas viewpoint with a liquid included.
- Visit to the Combate de La Plata Museum
- Return towards to the Bella Pluma beach with fine white sand, only in our southern coast. Free time for swimming,
- Departure by jeep journey back to the hotel.
- Recommended: light clothing, sunglasses, hats or caps, tennis, sandals or comfortable shoes, solar protection and photographic camera.
- For the tour we recommend a water bottle.

Policies and Conditions
- This tour operates with a minimum of 2 passengers. Holiplus will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of your tour. If the provider decides to cancel, for reasons of force majeure or adverse weather conditions, Holiplus will offer an alternative tour or fully refund cost of your trip.
- The collected may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and punctuality of customers. Customer should be informed on sales desk to avoid disagreements.

- The Jeep must be shared with other tourist (4 pax / jeep).
- Those who wish to drive must bring their driver's license.
- Jeeps have standard transmission.
Cancellation Policy
- In case of cancellation up to 72 hours before the departure time of the excursion, a penalty of 10% of the excursion fare will be charged.
- Regarding cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the departure time of the excursion, a penalty of 50% of the excursion fare will be applied.
- Cancellations reported within 24 hours before the departure time and No-Show (no presentation at departure time), a penalty of 100% of the excursion fare will be applied.
- Booking fees and credit card surcharges cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
