General conditions of the operation:

MODE OF SERVICE: Charter flight.
CLASS OF SERVICE: Economy Class “Y” with free baggage allowance, per passenger, of 20 Kg. of checked baggage and 5 Kg. of carry-on baggage.
AIRPORT CHECK-IN START TIME: 1 hour and 30 minutes before scheduled flight departure time.
FLIGHT CLOSING TIME: Will be 30 minutes prior to scheduled flight departure time.

Penalties for Cancellations and No Show:

THE CUSTOMER may make cancellations at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the flight departure time. Cancellations with less than 72 hours or No Show will be charged a penalty of 100% of the value of the service.
