Deep-sea fishing or trolling is done all year round, moving boats with artificial bait, although each species has its season or "run" the most frequent are: Castero: July-September on the northwestern shelf, September-November on the northeastern shelf. Emperor: late February to early April on the northwestern shelf mainly. Wahoo: late October to early December. Aguja or Marlin: late May to early July. Sierra and Serrucho: July mainly in the northwestern shelf. Bonito, albacore and yellowfin tuna: They can be fished all year round, although it is more feasible to fish them at the beginning of spring (May).
The geological platform on which our island is located is abundant in coral reefs that provide shelter to countless varieties of fish. Enjoy a 4-hour fishing day with the possibility of catching Agujas, Casteros, Atu- nes, Petos, Dorados, Barracudas and other species that abound in tropical waters. Motor Yacht of 33 feet or 41 feet, departing from the Marina de Vita, in the north of Holguín, and spend several hours sailing and fishing including all fishing gear, open bar with national drinks and the service of the captain and a crew member.
The prices are expressed per boat, where up to 4 anglers can go with available tackle and a number of companions up to the capacity of the boat, they include:
- Round trip transportation.
- Fishing boat equipped with all the necessary implements for fishing north of Holguin.
- Ship's crew service: Captain and seaman.
- Fishing equipment, such as rods, sinkers, sinkers, baits and chairs.
- Return to hotels.
Services included in the excursion: Transfer, tour guide, open bar, light snack, fishing tackle.

- This tour operates with a minimum of 4 passengers. Holiplus will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of your tour. If the supplier decides to cancel, due to not reaching the minimum number of passengers required, or due to force majeure or bad weather conditions, Holiplus will offer you an alternative or refund, in full, the amount paid.
- Pick-ups may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and the punctuality of the clients. The customer must inform the sales office to avoid any inconvenience.
- Children under 2 years old travel FREE on all excursions. They only pay for the consumption made directly at the facilities.
- Cases of theft and/or loss must be reported by the client to the nearest police station. The supplier is not responsible for belongings left in means of transport and (or) extra-hotel establishments.
- The client must not disassociate himself from the group or the guide who leads them during the tours.
- The order of execution of an excursion can be varied depending on external factors, atmospheric or adjustments for the amount of pax of the day.
- In the nautical excursions, after one hour, if the conditions do not allow to continue the excursion, either by cause and (or) decision of the client or by weather conditions, there is no refund to the client.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY:
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the excursion: No penalty applies.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 50% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- NO-SHOW: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
