If the provider decides to cancel, due to not reaching the minimum number of passengers required, Holiplus will offer you an alternative tour or fully reimburse the cost of your tour.
- Pick-ups may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and the punctuality of the clients. The client must inform the sales office to avoid any inconvenience.
- The bus transfer service is shared according to the number of passengers in the service and includes all the stops indicated in the itinerary.
