Atacameños, are people from an indigenous group in South America who lived in the interior of the Atacama Desert (northern Chile and Argentina and southern Bolivia).
Itinerary
- Departure from San Pedro de Atacama at dawn, to Los Géiseres del Tatio.
- Breakfast and bath in the thermal pool.
- Then, we will visit the town of Machuca, an Atacamenian village dedicated to shepherding and agriculture, where you can see a bofedal, with families of flamingos, ducks and seagulls.
- Arrival to Valle de Lasana, where we will visit its imposing Pukará, an Atacama stone fortress built between the ninth and twelfth centuries, a reflection of the splendor of this culture.
- Finally, we will arrive at Chiu Chiu to visit the church of San Francisco, the oldest in Chile, also declared a National Monument.
- Return to the Hotel.
