“CACTUS VALLEY & MACHUCA VILLAGE ON MOTORCYCLE” TOUR

Valle de los Cáctus, is one of the most interesting places to visit in Guatín, is the Guatín Canyon, an area where the waters of the Puritama and Purifica rivers descend, originating a great variety of cactus. It is also known as the Cactus Valley or Quebrada de Cardones. Many of them are centennial and have heights that border the 7 meters, which are in danger of extinction.

Itinerary

• Departure from San Pedro de Atacama to go by transfer 6 km south of San Pedro to the base where we will find our motorcycles for a ride along the roads of the pre-Andes mountains.
• We will make a stop in the town of Guatin to observe the cactus forest of more than 500 years old and heights of 5 meters.
• We will arrive at the picturesque town of Machuca, surrounded by wetlands with flora and fauna, which maintains its lifestyle dependent on llama grazing.
• Once the tour is over, we will return to the base to be transferred back to our hotel in San Pedro de Atacama.

Motorcycle tour participants require a valid motorcycle license and a minimum age of 25 years.
