4x4 truck tour of the public area of the Central West Ecological Reserve of Cayo Coco, home to one of the highest sand dunes in the Caribbean islands and the cay, at 12 meters high, and a viewpoint offering views of the extraordinary coastal landscape, with a visit to the Cueva del Jabalí cave and the Loma del Puerto dune trail. Visit and stay at La Silla to enjoy the sunset and take photos. Return to La Güira, located in the Ecological Reserve, and stay there to enjoy a seafood dinner. Dinner can be at another location.
Itinerary
- Pick-up by Jeep at hotels according to the established schedule and departure to the natural areas of Cayo Coco.
- Departure to the dunes, tour of the Loma del Puerto Dunes Trail, with a stop at the viewpoint.
- Visit to the Cave, tour of the halls and drinks included.
- Departure for La Silla, stop to enjoy the sunset over the viaduct that connects the keys to the mainland.
- Time for photos.
- Visit to La Güira.
- Dinner on site, or at another location of your choice depending on price.
- Transfer by Jeep to hotels.

- This tour operates with a minimum of 3 passengers. Holiplus will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of your tour. If the supplier decides to cancel, due to not reaching the minimum number of passengers required, or due to force majeure or bad weather conditions, Holiplus will offer you an alternative or reimburse you, in full, the amount paid.
- The clients on the excursions are accompanied and assisted throughout the tour by specialized driver-guides, who also cover several languages.
- Pick-ups may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and the punctuality of the clients. The client must inform the sales office to avoid any inconvenience.
- A supplement of 10.00 USD per pax will be applied to clients who require professional driver service in the jeep. When the excursion is a single jeep tour the driver is mandatory and is included in the price of the tour, it is not considered a supplement.
- The jeep is shared with other tourists (up to 4 pax/jeep).
- Those who wish to drive must bring their driving license.
- The jeeps have standard transmission.
Cancellation and no show policy:
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the excursion: No penalty applies.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 25% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 50% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- NO-SHOW: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Reservation fees and credit card surcharges cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
