Where Can I Collect My SIM Card?

Your Tourist SIM Card can be collected from ETECSA offices at the following airports, available 24 hours a day:

• Abel Santamaría Airport – Santa Clara
• Antonio Maceo Airport – Santiago de Cuba
• Cayo Coco Airport – Ciego de Ávila
• Cayo Largo Airport – Cayo Largo
• Frank País Airport – Holguín
• Ignacio Agramonte Airport – Camagüey
• José Martí International Airport – Terminal 2 – Havana
• José Martí International Airport – Terminal 3 – Havana
• Juan Gualberto Gómez Airport – Varadero

Simply collect your SIM card at the designated ETECSA office when you arrive in Cuba.

Important Information

Before purchasing, please make sure that:

• Your phone is unlocked and can be used with other mobile networks.
• Your device is compatible with the supported Cuban network frequencies listed below.
• This is a physical SIM card and must be inserted into a compatible device.
• SIM card purchases are non-refundable.

Your phone must support the following network frequencies:

3G

• Band 8 – 900 MHz
• Band 1 – 2100 MHz

4G

• Band 3 – 1800 MHz

Internet Setup – APN

To use mobile data, you may need to configure your phone’s Access Point Name (APN) settings.

Enter the following information:

Once your SIM card is inserted and your device is configured, you can use your included data, calls, and SMS during your stay.
