A DOWN PAYMENT OF $100 PER PERSON IS REQUIRED to guarantee the price of the package and then complete the payment of the total value step by step. 60 days prior to the departure date the total payment of the service must be ready. CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS:

• All cancellations must be notified in writing and the company's cancellation policies would apply:

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable after the initial deposit has been made. AIR COMMERCIAL LINE: In the event of cancellation after ticket issuance, tickets will be non-refundable AND AIRLINE CANCELLATION POLICIES WILL APPLY within 72 hours prior to departure.

• No Shows will be charged in full.

• Regarding air service in Charter Operation, tickets are non-refundable.

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following penalty will be applied, applicable to the amounts paid by the client:

• From 91 to 120 days before the start of the trip: 25% penalty.
• From 61 to 91 days before the start of the trip: 50% penalty.
• From 31 to 60 days before the beginning of the trip: 75% penalty.
• From 0 to 30 days before the beginning of the trip: 100% penalty.
• Early departure: 100% penalty.

NOTE: REGARDLESS OF THE CANCELLATION POLICY OF INDIVIDUAL SERVICES (FLIGHTS, HOTEL, TRANSFERS, EXCURSIONS AND OTHERS), THE AGENCY WILL APPLY 100% PENALTY FROM 0 TO 30 DAYS BEFORE THE START OF THE TRIP.
