The private house Don Nicolás is a comfortable lodging that is rented as an independent house in La Boca Beach, just 5 km from the city of Trinidad. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, 100 m or 3 minutes’ walk from the beach and the river. The property has an equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden with hammocks where you can enjoy the gentle breeze from the coast. A courtyard with fruit trees makes this house a paradise of rest and relaxation.

The house has a single level and has 2 spacious air-conditioned rooms, with several windows. The bathroom is shared between the rooms and is equipped with everything necessary for the care of personal hygiene such as towels, shampoo, soap and toilet paper.

On arrival, guests are greeted with a fruit cocktail or welcome drink. Martin, the owner, is fluent in Spanish, English, and French. In the price of lodging are included services such as the use of bicycles, all kinds of games, diving equipment, fishing equipment, boat to navigate the river, tents, excursion and hiking equipment, mattresses and a parking with Maximum capacity for 4 cars. Cleaning, laundry, catering and waitress services can be offered at the request of guests, but are not included in the price of lodging. However, clients have everything they need to live in the house with independence, security, and privacy.
