Colonial building, located in the historic center of the city of Trinidad, it was the first pharmacy in the town and later the first Spanish consulate outside Havana, and belonging to the family of the present owner.

The house dates from the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, with high ceilings and large and majestic rooms, making it have a pleasant temperature all year round.
