Soroa, is known as the Rainbow of Cuba because among its main attractions is the spectacular waterfall of 22 meters high that invites you to take a refreshing bath at any time of year and that with the rays of the sun in some hours of the day you can appreciate a rainbow in its waters. A place of great richness, variety and excellence of its flora and fauna. It also has the largest orchid garden in the country where you can find more than 750 different varieties of orchids and ferns.
Walking through paths with exuberant vegetation, bordering rivers and waterfalls of crystalline waters is to have the certainty that beautiful places really exist and that human efforts to protect the natural environment persist. Soroa, located in the Province of Artemisa, is the ideal place for these tours, which is why we have designed a series of tours through various trails in this place for your enjoyment.
Trail Maravillas de Soroa, a route of approximately 1 km where the visitor will be able to interact with the nature and the biodiversity of the area, will be able to participate in the rituals of the area and will know the myths and beliefs brought by the African slaves, which are part of our culture, as well as, enjoy a relaxing bath in the sulfur spring.
Itinerary
- Welcome cocktail reception at the facility's Pool Bar. During this event, the musical group "Horizontes" will be present. Brief explanation of the activities to be carried out during the day.
- House-workshop of the painter Jesús Gastell graduated in Plastic Arts, in the Speciality of Painting and Drawing, also incursion in Ceramics, engraving and Photography. Gastell has participated in many and diverse Exhibitions, Graphic Samples, Competitions, Events and Collaborations where he has obtained Prizes. In his workshop you can interact with the artist and other members of the project, as well as appreciate the work (painting, photography, ceramic pieces, etc.). Free time for shopping if you wish.
- Ceiba Ritual. The ceiba is one of the oldest trees in the area, with more than 650 years, venerated and sacred to the Afro-Cuban religion.
- Visit to the medicinal-mineral baths, one of the first buildings in the area, which was visited by famous personalities. -Visit to Agapito's house. Upon arrival, the visitor will be received by the Hostess, who will accompany them on a tour of her Personal Garden, the fruit of her dedication, commitment and perseverance, where they will find several species of Orchids, as well as a large quantity of Ornamental plants and Flowers. They will be able to taste an aromatic Café Criollo in a very familiar and Cuban environment.

- Groups of less than 10 pax will have to pay a supplement of 2.00 USD per pax per service.
- Pick-ups may be delayed by a few minutes depending on the punctuality of the customers.
- Excursions with departures from other destinations if booked for only 1 pax will pay the transport supplement for 2 pax.
- This tour operates with a minimum of 2 passengers. Holiplus will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of your tour. If the provider decides to cancel, for reasons of force majeure or adverse weather conditions, Holiplus will offer an alternative tour or fully refund cost of your trip.
- In case of force majeure the reservation may be cancelled or postponed to another date subject to availability.

- Pick-ups may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and the punctuality of the clients. The client must inform the sales office to avoid any inconvenience.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
- In case of cancellation up to 96 hours before the start of the excursion, no penalty will be applied to the price of the tour.
- Regarding cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the departure time of the excursion, a penalty of 50% of the excursion fare will be applied.
- Cancellations reported within 24 hours before the departure time and No-Show (no presentation at departure time), a penalty of 100% of the excursion fare will be applied.
- Booking fees and credit card surcharges cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
