Overview

Salar de Atacama, is the largest salt flat in Chile and one of the most surprising landscapes in the country, its surface is white and rough and hides a large salt lake from view, this place has the National Reserve Los Flamencos, one of the most important in the country.

Within this trip, we will travel to the Miscanti and Miñique Lagoons, located in the Salar de Atacama, an ideal place to appreciate the rich fauna.

Itinerary

  • Departure from San Pedro de Atacama to go by transfer 6 km south of San Pedro to the base where we will find our motorcycles for a ride.
  • We will visit the Los Flamencos National Reserve and make a stop at the Salar de Atacama.
  • We continue towards the Miscanti and Miñíqui lagoons.
  • After this visit, we will return to the town of Socaire to have lunch there.
  • After lunch, we leave for the town of Toconao.
  • Once the tour is over, we will return to the base to return by transfer to our hotel in San Pedro de Atacama.

This tour is only available in collective mode

Motorcycle tour participants require a valid motorcycle license and a minimum age of 25 years.

Includes

  • Guide service only in Spanish and English.
  • Motorcycle rental, gasoline, all equipment (helmet, pants, jacket, boots and gloves), entrance fees to all attractions.

Does not include

  • Professional guide in the languages Portuguese, French, German and Italian.
  • It is recommended to bring clothing and shoes for motorcycles, sunscreen, sunglasses and mineral water.
