- This tour operates with a minimum number of 10 passengers. Holiplus will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of your excursion. If the provider decides to cancel, due to not reaching the minimum number of passengers required, Holiplus will offer you an alternative excursion or fully reimburse the cost of your excursion.
- The collected may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and punctuality of customers. Customer should be informed on sales desk to avoid disagreements.

- 09 - 04 days prior to tour start: 50% of the total amount of the originally booked tour
- 03 - 0 days prior to tour start or no-show: 100% of the total amount of the originally booked tour
