PROPERTY RULES:

• Behaviors that may affect neighbors, and generate nuisances and complaints are not allowed.
• Smoking, only in terraces and outside areas. Inside the property is not allowed.
• It is not allowed to throw paper or other objects in the sanitary facilities or in the swimming pool.
• Do not use the linen as if it were disposable. For improper use, damage or loss, compensation will be requested.
• For a better functioning of the air conditioners, it is recommended to turn them off when leaving the property, and -NOT to use them with the windows and doors open.
• Any damage to the property should be reported as soon as possible to the concierge. The guest has the obligation to compensate financially in case of damages caused.
• On the property, all behavior related to drug trafficking and consumption, prostitution and sexual relations with minors is prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Illegal or uncivil behavior will be cause for imminent cancellation of the reservation.

CHECK IN / OUT

• Check-in after 15:00 hrs.

• Passport or ID card must be presented at check in.

• A photo of each guest's passport or identity card will be taken, for security reasons and to make the mandatory report to the immigration office and the tax office within 24 hours.

• Only the number of guests allowed in the property will be checked in. the property. It must not exceed the maximum allowed. If the guest does not respect this rule, check-in will not be done.

• Check-out after 12:00 hrs.

• The check out process is done with the concierge, to whom the keys of the property are given personally. Guests must properly deliver the property. The loss of the keys entails a surcharge.

• Flexibility: early Check in & Late Check-Out is sometimes possible, but is subject to availability and check-in times. subject to availability and check-in and check-out times of other guests.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:

• Minimum stay assumes two nights.
• Villas will be subject to actual availability at the time of booking.
• Methods of payment will be transfer, cash or by credit or debit card.
• The total payment includes the reservation fee for the entire villa and taxes.
• Gastronomic services (breakfast, lunch, dinner, groceries) are optional and have an extra charge.
• Room service is included in the rental price and is performed 2 nights after check in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• The price includes the entire property. Independent rooms are not rented.
• Reservations to third parties are not accepted. The guest making the reservation must check in. Likewise, companions are not allowed to check in without the presence of the guest who made the reservation.
• The reserving guest is obliged to present (in advance of the reservation) the names and surnames of all the guests who will be staying at the property, in order to issue the corresponding voucher that will give access to the urbanization.
