The majestic two-story private villa, Villa Duna, located on Santa María del Mar Beach, features:

  • Two-level accommodation for up to 8 people, distributed in 2 triple rooms and 1 double room.

  • Three bedrooms located upstairs, all with private bathrooms, king-size beds, and safes.

  • White sand beach located approximately 200 meters from the property.

  • Private freshwater pool, surrounded by a terrace, lounge chairs with umbrellas, and a Balinese bed. It also has a charcoal BBQ.

  • Living room equipped with satellite TV.

  • Carport with space for one vehicle.

  • Split-type air conditioning throughout the house and pressurized hot and cold water supply.

  • Security system consisting of perimeter surveillance cameras and an alarm.

  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available for an additional fee and can be delivered to your home.

  • Linens, towels, soap, toilet paper, pool towels, charcoal, and ice are provided.

  • Cleaning service is included after two nights from check-in.

  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, coffee maker, electric pressure cooker, blender, microwave, utensils, dishes, and other necessary items.

  • Use of a generator is included; fuel is the responsibility of the guest.

PROPERTY RULES

  • Behaviors that may disturb neighbors and cause complaints are not permitted.

  • Smoking is only allowed on terraces and outdoor areas. It is not permitted inside the property.

  • It is not permitted to throw paper or other objects in the toilets or the pool.

  • Do not treat linens as if they were disposable. Compensation will be sought for improper use, damage, or loss.

  • For optimal air conditioning performance, it is recommended to turn them off upon leaving the property and not to use them with windows and doors open.

  • Any damage to the property must be reported to the concierge as soon as possible. The guest is obligated to provide financial compensation for any damages caused.

  • All behavior related to drug trafficking and consumption, prostitution, and sexual relations with minors is prohibited on the property.

  • Pets are not allowed.

Illegal or uncivil behavior will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.

CHECK-IN / OUT

  • Check-in from 3:00 PM.

  • It is essential to present your passport or ID card at check-in.

  • A photo of each guest's passport or ID will be taken for security and administrative reasons.

  • Check-in will only be processed with the number of guests allowed on the property. The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded. If a guest does not respect this rule, check-in will not be processed.

  • Check-out at 12:00 PM.

  • The check-out process is carried out with the concierge, to whom the property keys are personally handed. Guests must leave the property in good condition. Loss of the keys will incur a surcharge.

  • Flexibility: Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes possible, although subject to availability and the arrival and departure times of other guests.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

  • The minimum stay is two nights.

  • Villas are subject to availability at the time of booking.

  • Payment methods are bank transfer, cash, or credit/debit card.

  • The total payment includes the booking fee for the entire villa and taxes.

  • Meal services (breakfast, lunch, dinner, groceries) are optional and have an additional charge.

  • Room service is included in the rental price and is provided after two nights from check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once payment for your reservation has been made, the following cancellation policy will apply:

  • If the client cancels their reservation up to 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date, they will receive a full refund. -If the reservation is made 30 days or less before arrival, guests will receive a full refund provided they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the start of their stay.

Outside of these deadlines, guests will receive a 50% refund if they cancel within 7 days of arrival.

Within 7 days' notice, as in the case of a no-show, no refund will be issued.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all the terms and conditions related to the stated policies. Once these terms and conditions are accepted and your reservation is confirmed, all guests and their visitors must comply with the following rules:

-Subletting the property is not permitted.

-The price includes the entire property. Individual rooms are not available for rent.

-Third-party reservations are not accepted. The guest who made the reservation must check in. Similarly, check-in for companions is not permitted without the presence of the guest who made the reservation.

-The guest must provide (in advance of the reservation) the full names of all guests who will be staying at the property in order to issue the corresponding voucher that will grant access to the complex.
